After receiving your order confirmation email, your order will ship in 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped. It will arrive within 2-4 business days, depending on your location.
Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be processed the following business day.
We move quickly to get your order ready, which means that you can’t make any changes once it’s been placed.
You may only use the pay by invoice option if you are an existing SHUFL trade customer.
If you do checkout using this option and are not an existing SHUFL trade customer, your order will not be processed. You will receive an email asking you to place your order again and check out using a different payment method.
If you choose to pay for your order by invoice, your order will be processed in line with your head office SHUFL terms.
Once processed your order will ship in 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unopened and unused, in their original packaging.
For UK returns, please email contact@thesocialgaminggroup.com to request a return and details on how to send your item(s) back to us.
For Norwegian returns, please email contact@thesocialgaminggroup.com to request a return and details on how to send your item(s) back to us.
Once your return has been received, it will be inspected by our team. Any items that are considered to be used or damaged will sadly be refused for a refund with the exception of faulty items. Please see more on this below.
Successful returns will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.
To exchange an item for a different product you will need to place a new order. Please return the original item using the above instructions.
Our team thoroughly checks all orders for any faults before dispatching and carefully packages to ensure your items arrive to you in perfect condition.

All faulty items returned will be inspected by our team on receipt. Any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Please advise if you would like a replacement for your faulty item when you contact us about the fault. If the item is not in stock, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
